History

• 2024.3.21 — After nearly 10 quiet years the team came back to life, publishing the NextPilot flight control source code on GitHub and Gitee, built on PX4 and RT-Thread.

• 2014 ~ 2024 — Ten years of churn and change; some of our teammates have grown into ministers, CTOs, deputy chief engineers and chief designers, yet our passion for flight control systems has never faded.

• 2014.11.1 — A group of flight control engineers at an institute founded the NextPilot flight control project team. Back then it was just an interest group studying the PX4 open-source autopilot.
